Two options for funding 

Option one - You pay an agreed fee (see our pricelist page) We’ll create and host all the content for you but you control who gets access and whether you want to charge for it or make it free.

Option two - You don’t pay anything. We’ll attend your event and take reservations from delegates for post-conference access to the online presentations. We typically charge less than five pounds for unlimited access to a single session and around 50 pounds for access to all the presentations. Delegates can select as few sessions as they wish. Speakers get free access to their own sessions. After six months we hand the whole presentation database over to you - your own permanent record of the entire event.

How it works

It’s simple. At the end of the event you send or upload an audio recording of the speakers delivering their live presentations. Your AV specialist will be able to make the recording very easily.

Along with the recording all we require is the accompanying PowerPoint file. If you want to include a photo and biography of the speakers, please send us that too.

We’ll clean up the audio and synchronise it to the slides, before encoding it with a menu and navigation that will work on any browser in PCs, Macs and laptops. Finally, we’ll upload the completed presentation to our servers and give you a link.

You now have a perfect replica of your live event that you can deliver anywhere on earth for almost zero distribution cost. You can email the link, or post it on your website, retaining full control over access. It’s fast, easy and cost effective.
